Uniform Policy

Our strict dress code fosters a sense of equality, discipline, and pride within the St. John community.

Standard Daily Uniform

All students from Grade 1 through Grade 12 are required to wear the official school uniform every day unless explicitly notified of a "Free Dress" day.

Boys Uniform

  • • Dark blue (blue-black) official school shirt with embroidered logo
  • • Dark blue (blue-black) tailored trousers (no jeans or cargo pants)
  • • Solid black leather or synthetic formal shoes
  • • Dark blue (blue-black) school sweater with the official school seal visibly attached/embroidered.

Girls Uniform

  • • Dark blue (blue-black) official school blouse with embroidered logo
  • • Dark blue (blue-black) pleated skirt (must fall below the knee) or tailored trousers
  • • Solid black formal shoes (closed toe, low heel)
  • • Dark blue (blue-black) school sweater with the official school seal visibly attached/embroidered.

PE / Sports Attire

  • • There is no official school PE kit.
  • • Students are expected to bring their own appropriate athletic wear (e.g., plain t-shirt and sweatpants or athletic shorts).
  • • Athletic sneakers must possess non-marking soles.
  • Note: PE clothes are only worn during assigned Physical Education periods. Students must change back into their standard uniform afterward.

Strict Enforcement

A neat and tidy appearance is a sign of respect. The administration strictly enforces the following rules at the gate every morning:

  • No vibrant hair colors, extreme hairstyles, or excessive jewelry.
  • Shirts must remain tucked in at all times.
  • Make-up and colored nail polish are not permitted.
  • Sweaters altering the uniform color scheme will be confiscated until end of day.
Purchasing: Official uniforms can be purchased exclusively at the authorized school tailor shop located near the main campus entrance. Operating hours are Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
